Our carbon roof skin has been moulded from the original polycarbonate roof on the Smart 451. We then create the carbon roof in 3 layers of 20mm Carbon twill and resin, which is baked to create a lightweight roof.
Our wing mirror covers has been moulded from the original smart 451. From the mould we use lay up 3 layers of 20mm Carbon twill and resin, these are then baked to create amazing looking replacement wing mirror covers. Will fit any 451 smart car.
Our fuel cap has been moulded from the original fuel cap on the Smart 451. We then create an outer skin using 3 layers of 20mm Carbon twill and resin, which is baked to create a solid fuel cap.
Our Rear quaters has been moulded from the original parts on the Smart 451. We then create an outer skin using 3 layers of 20mm Carbon twill and resin, which is baked to create a solid piece.
Our rear spoiler has been moulded in 2 parts from the original spoiler on the Smart 451. We then create the spoilers in 2 parts in 3 layers of 20mm Carbon twill and resin, which is baked to create a hollow rear spoiler with all the fixings that fit the original points on the car.
Our wheel arches has been moulded from the original BRABUS 451. From the mould we use lay up 3 layers of 20mm Carbon twill and resin, these are then baked to create amazing looking wheel arches. Will fit any 451 smart car, clips supplied.
