Our fuel cap has been moulded from the original fuel cap on the Smart 451. We then create an outer skin using 3 layers of 20mm Carbon twill and resin, which is baked to create a solid fuel cap.

The carbon skin has 2 coates of protective lacquer applied before it is polished to our high standard. The outer skin is now bonded to existing fuel caps for that perfect fit. Just slide off your existing fuel cap and slide on the carbon fiber version.
